Product Life Cycle Management Process

To enable you to focus fully on the launch of your follow-on product, we create the complete repair and spare parts concept for you and offer you an all-round package (service, repair process, product discontinuation process, residual coverage, professional disposal) for controlled phase-out. For the launch of your follow-on product, we work with you to determine the optimum timing. With our experience, we proactively improve your product quality together and thus offer you continuous added value.

Our services

To ensure the highest possible availability of machines and plants, individually tailored services are required for each phase of the life cycle. The focus here is on maintenance, troubleshooting via remote access, repair and modernization measures.

Extended warranty

  • Extended warranty by 1 to 4 years

HotSwap Service

  • Replacement delivery for defective devices within 2 working days
  • Stocking of retreaded equipment for the fastest possible replacement

EMS Services

  • Functional assurance, modernization and migration in case of product changes for 1 to 10 years

GSe Smartline

  • Technical consulting with fixed hourly quota
  • Consulting on devices, software, application
  • Support and assistance for visualization with GSe-VISU® and for control programming in "C".
  • Telephone support incl. preparation and follow-up

GSe Wartung
