Operate and Control Devices

The operating and control units with 3.5" display are compact and prepared for the protected outdoor area or the cabin of construction machines, agricultural machines or municipal vehicles with a high protection class at the front. The operating and control unit is mounted in a standard 96 x 96 mm panel cut-out for measuring devices.

For input, the devices have 4 backlit tactile keys that can be freely assigned with functions. All products have 2 CAN interfaces and a USB 2.0 host interface. In addition, there are basic versions without I/Os. The devices with I/Os have 4 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs and 2 digital PWM outputs. The creation of the visualization and the programming in C are done with the Graf-Syteco software GSe-VISU® or with Codesys. CANopen and J1939 are available as protocols, as well as OPC-UA, Modbus-TCP and Modbus RTU depending on the interface variant.

GSt-A043 series surface mount/flush mount units with 4.3" display are slim, rugged and prepared for outdoor or in-cab use on construction equipment, agricultural machinery or municipal vehicles with a high degree of protection. The very bright optically bonded display ensures clear readability even in direct sunlight and at unfavorable reading angles. Operator input is via four freely assignable, color-backlit, tactile function keys and four navigation keys.
The operating and control unit is installed in surface mounting using a RAM holder and in recessed mounting using a clamping bracket.
The creation of the visualization and the programming in C are done with GSe-VISU®. Alternatively CODESYS target visualization is available.

The GSt-A043 is offered in different product variants.

GSt-A070 series units with 7" display are slim, rugged and prepared for outdoor or in-cab use on construction equipment, agricultural machinery or municipal vehicles with a high degree of protection. The very bright optically bonded touch display ensures clear readability even in direct sunlight and at unfavorable reading angles. Operator input is also possible via 6 freely assignable, color-backlit, tactile function keys as well as four navigation keys. Thanks to the powerful processor, even complex operating and control functions can be implemented.
The operating and control unit is installed in surface mounting using a RAM holder and in flush mounting using a clamping bracket.
The creation of the visualization and the programming in C is done with GSe-VISU. Alternatively CODESYS target visualization is available.

The GSt-A070 is available in different product variants and interface versions.

The GSt-A07C is a modern 7-inch operating device, at the cutting edge of technology. It does without annoying buttons on the front and is operated via touchscreen instead. This minimizes the area covered by the display. In addition, the freely programmable short-stroke keys and rotary pushbutton encoder on the back allow machine parameters to be entered and changed The robust die-cast aluminum housing ensures that the operator panel can withstand the demands of demanding construction sites, while the light weight of just 960 grams makes it easy to handle.

The GSt-E101 operating and control unit is equipped with a very bright, optically bonded 10.1 inch display with a very wide reading angle. Thanks to its die-cast aluminum housing with a high degree of all-round protection, it is suitable for use outdoors and in cabins. Even in direct sunlight, the display is optimally readable.
The GSt-E101 is characterized by its intelligent cabling concept with clean cable routing along the RAM holder on the back. The rear cover of the connectors can be customized with your logo.
