4. Series launch
Inspect, test and certify
All products from Graf-Syteco are intensively tested in our internal test lab as well as in external laboratories. The near-series development samples are subjected to extensive environmental, mechanical and EMC tests. In addition, test equipment adapted to the respective products is developed. Thus, in series production, each individual device is subjected to 100% testing.
Qualification
Providing proof of specification in the customer's test environment.
Building the implementation of:
- environmental tests
- mechanical tests
- EMC tests
- documentation and test report
Certification
For special purposes such as the use of the product in public road traffic, on ships or in the context of Functional Safety, certifications are required, which are carried out by independent testing laboratories and certification bodies after completion of development and qualification.
Start-up
After completion of the application programming, the application, consisting of visualization and control program, is accepted on the working machine. Each individual function is tested.
