Graf-Syteco will in future produce variants of its CODESYS-based HMI series GSt-A for regional distribution by INTER CONTROL. INTER CONTROL in turn supplies CODESYS controllers to Graf-Syteco.
The experts for the automation of mobile machinery, Graf-Syteco and INTER CONTROL, have entered into a partnership. INTER CONTROL specializes in the development and production of safety-certified automation components based on the CODESYS programming environment. The Nuremberg-based company already offered human-machine interfaces (HMI) for construction, agricultural, forestry, municipal and special machinery, but in future will rely entirely on the innovative and powerful Graf-Syteco platform. Thanks to the cooperation with Graf-Syteco, INTER CONTROL will offer high-performance HMIs in 4.3-, 7-, 10.1- and 12.3-inch sizes in future. The Graf-Syteco devices will be equipped as OEM versions with INTER-CONTROL branding and software interface.
The HMIs are based on the CODESYS-programmable variants of the Graf-Syteco GSt-A series. Available in flexible sizes and versions, the touchscreen operating devices offer up to four video inputs for implementing monitoring and detection assistance systems, up to three CAN bus, one Ethernet and two USB interfaces, three digital outputs and four multifunctional inputs for controlling additional sensors and control components.
The HMIs are equipped with powerful processors, high-resolution displays that are easy to read even in bright sunlight thanks to optical bonding. The robust die-cast aluminum housing protects the electronics from environmental influences even under the most adverse conditions, making the devices ideal for the requirements of mobile machines.
The CODESYS controllers that INTER CONTROL supplies to Graf-Syteco in return are also suitable for the harshest environmental conditions. This addition enables Graf-Syteco to offer holistic system solutions based on CODESYS.
