10.1" Emergency HMI with emergency stop and key switch as a surface-mounted version.
The operating and control unitSt-E101 is equipped with a very bright, optically bonded 10.1 inch display with a very wide reading angle. Its die-cast aluminum housing with a high degree of all-round protection makes it suitable for use outdoors and in cabins. The display is also easy to read in direct sunlight.
The device impresses in surface mounting with RAM holder via a cable cover on the back to place an advertising logo that is visible in the vehicle through the windshield to the outside. The cable routing along the RAM holder ensures a tidy overall appearance.
The product has five tactile, RGB-illuminated function keys and a PCAP touchscreen for input. Communication takes place via four CAN interfaces, one of which is electrically isolated, and via Ethernet. The reading of sensors via four digital and four analog inputs and the control of actuators via two digital PWM outputs round off the functional options. Available protocols are J1939, CANopen, Modbus-TCP and OPC-UA.
The visualization is created and programmed in C using GSe-VISU. The application can be downloaded via CAN, Ethernet or USB (stick).
