We develop customized electronic circuits for you based on the latest generation of processors. To do this, we design the corresponding circuit diagrams and create an EMC-optimized PCB layout. Instead of using existing processor circuits, we rely on our expertise in terms of functionality, robustness, speed and durability.

We also develop efficient embedded software architectures based on Linux, which are characterized by short boot times and optimized processes. Benefit from our comprehensive know-how with our GSe-OS® operating system.

At Graf-Syteco, all products are comprehensively tested both in our in-house test laboratory and in external laboratories. Our close-to-production development samples undergo extensive environmental, mechanical and EMC tests. In addition, we develop special test equipment that is optimally adapted to the respective products. In this way, we ensure that every device that goes into series production is 100% tested.

Qualification:
We carry out the qualification directly in the customer's test environment, including environmental tests, mechanical tests, EMC tests, detailed documentation and test reports.

Certification:
Certifications are required for special applications such as use on public roads, on ships or for research and development purposes. These are carried out by independent testing laboratories and certification bodies once development and qualification have been completed.

Commissioning:
After application programming, the application - consisting of the visualization and control program - is tested on the machine. We test every single function to ensure that everything works smoothly.
