Graf-Syteco is intensively pursuing its goal of tapping into new regional markets. With the opening of its own local entity in Jundiaí City, São Paulo, Brazil, the company from Tuningen, Germany, aims to better supply the Latin American market with innovative HMI assistance systems. The role of Sales and Marketing Director of Graf-Syteco Brazil will be assumed by Isaque Oliveira, an industry expert and sales specialist.
Isaque Oliveira has almost 15 years of professional experience in the development and sale of high-tech products. He holds an engineer degree and, before joining Graf-Syteco, he worked for leading companies in the fields of production inspection machines, motors, weighing sytems and industrial sensors, among others. Isaque Oliveira is certain that the market in Brazil and Latin America needs innovative operator assistance solutions: “Agriculture is booming and has achieved record yields in recent years. Nevertheless, in view of the huge areas to be cultivated and the great demand, solutions are required that further increase efficiency and productivity.” Graf-Syteco's HMI solutions are an important component in this field, as they make life easy for machine operators with their intuitive operation and good readability.
For machine manufacturers, the focus is on individual customization, as Isaque Oliveira emphasizes: “Our OEM customers want tailor-made solutions for their machines. At the same time, the automation components must be cost-efficient and offer technological added value. The GSt-A series from Graf-Syteco is ideally suited to this.”
The HMI devices are available in a variety of different sizes, colors and with individually customizable functions. Thanks to the flexible programmability with the Graf-Syteco software environment GSe-VISU or CODESYS, user guidance, look and feel and OEM-specific CI specifications can be easily implemented.
Graf-Syteco CEO Steffen Dieterle concludes: “With Isaque, we have a strong partner in Brazil who will allow us to tap into new customers and applications for us in this growing market. Having already established a country manager for China last year, our sales network now also includes South America. We are thus positioning ourselves globally in order to provide our customers with optimum support around the globe.”
