As Sales Manager (m/f/d)
you are not only responsible for sales - you play a key role in taking our growth to the next level. You will actively shape our sales strategy and build sustainable customer relationships that will make us successful in the long term. Your passion for sales and your creativity in dealing with customers are the key to your success.
We are a successful, expanding, medium-sized company and develop and produce HMI (operating and control devices) for mobile special machines. Many well-known and international customers rely on our expertise.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in international sales, ideally in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong commercial and technical affinity for advising on complex solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English required; other foreign languages an advantage
  • High ability to work in a team and strong intercultural skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital sales solutions

Your tasks:

  • Development and implementation of international sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Independent management of the entire sales process - from lead generation to negotiations and contract conclusion
  • Market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive developments
  • Close cooperation with internal teams (product management, marketing, engineering) to develop customized solutions for customers
  • Participation in international trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings to represent the company
  • Creation and presentation of convincing offers and sales presentations
  • Analysis and reporting of sales performance for continuous optimization of the sales strategy
