The task of screening plants is to separate overburden of different grain sizes in opencast mining and to separate and recycle materials on construction sites. The maintenance of the road infrastructure is a key prerequisite for maintaining the supply of goods of all kinds to the population and individual traffic. In order to keep costs low, the top layer of damaged road surfaces is removed with a milling machine and filled with a new asphalt surface. With the HMI from Graf-Syteco, the milling depth on such road milling machines is precisely adjusted and relevant parameters for the milling process are displayed on the screen.

One of the most common methods of supplying concrete on construction sites is to simply pump it a few meters from the transporting truck to the processing site. There are various control concepts for these pumps. An established concept in the industry comes from Graf-Syteco and is based on an integrated operating and control unit that both displays the machine parameters and controls the entire process in the C program. Alternative concepts of a separate mobile control system are equipped with pure Graf-Syteco display devices for user input.

The driver can put the machine into a safe state at any time using an emergency stop button directly on the HMI.

A reliable human-machine interface is crucial for the safe operation of tractors, combine harvesters, field sprayers, slurry tankers and other agricultural machinery. Drivers rely on robust mobile controllers, I/Os, operating and display devices, and supporting assistance systems.
Graf-Syteco HMIs display camera images, sensor data, operating parameters, and warning and status messages in a clearly structured manner in the cab. An integrated emergency stop directly on the HMI allows the machine and attachments to be brought to a safe state immediately if necessary.
